Virginia M. Fiorvanti

Virginia M. Fiorvanti, age 95, died on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the Humboldt Nursing Home.
She was born in Manitowoc, MI the daughter of the late Gale and Bertha Stout. She was a retired secretary with the Flexonics Corporation. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Jackson, where she was active in the Presbyterian Women and serving as an Elder. She served as President for multiple years for the Volunteer Auxiliary at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She is a former Altrusa Woman of the Year. She was a member of the Jackson Symphony League, as well as, the Jackson Story Telling Association serving in various offices of both.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Thomas and husband Ralph of Jackson, TN; two grandchildren, Peter Thomas and wife Shelley of Jackson, TN and Abby Peterson and husband Jim of Franklin, TN; three grandchildren, Perry Peterson, Lewis Peterson and Clare Thomas.
SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 30, 2017 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors.
