Tony Craig Gordon, a beloved father, brother, uncle, and cherished member of the community, passed away peacefully at the age of 68 on December 3, 2024. He was surrounded by his family at Northbrooke Healthcare and Rehab in Jackson, TN.
Born on January 19, 1956, in Greenfield, TN, Tony dedicated his life to his craft as a self-employed Glass Glazier. He was deeply passionate about his work, taking pride in his attention to detail and the beauty he helped create in homes and businesses throughout the area. His expertise and diligence earned him the respect of his clients and colleagues alike.
Tony was especially fond of the University of Tennessee Volunteers. His unwavering support for the team showcased his spirited personality and love for the game.
He is survived by his loving family, including his sister, Shirley Gordon Utley, and his brother, Jerry Gordon, along with his wife Luzia. Tony was a proud father to his sons, Cable and Winston Gordon, and an affectionate uncle to his niece, Chantel Barnes. The bonds he formed with each of them were deep and meaningful, filled with laughter, shared stories, and cherished memories.
SERVICES: Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at the Chapel Mausoleum of Highland Memorial Gardens beginning at 1:30 p.m., followed by a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. Friends and family are invited to come together to honor and celebrate the life of Tony, reflecting on the impact he made on their lives and the joy he brought to those around him.
Tony Craig Gordon will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for the warmth he shared, his unwavering spirit, and the love he had for his family. His legacy will continue through the lives he touched and the memories he created.
