Rodney Bryant, 52, died Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in Athens, AL.
He was born in Jackson, TN on March 26, 1964 the son of the late Murry and Bobbie Jean Davy Bryant. He was educated in Jackson City Schools, he graduated from Jackson Central Merry High School, Middle Tennessee University and George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. He was retired from the United States Postal Service.
Rodney enjoyed sports, travel and history. He very much loved spending time with his cousins. His cousins near and far enjoyed his company.
He is survived by his brother Rick Bryant (Kit), two nieces, Katelyn B. Wolfe (Tyler), Stephanie B. Jacobson (Clint), one nephew M. Payton Bryant, two great nieces, Abigail Wolfe and Madeline Wolfe. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Karen Bradley Bryant.
SERVICES: Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 1:00PM at Ridgecrest Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday from 10:30AM – 12:30PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be directed to Northside United Methodist Church Foreign Missions Fund, 2571 N. Highland Ave., Jackson, TN 38305.
