Cryptside services for Richard Barron, 76, will be held at 11:00AM, Thursday, May, 10 2012 at the Mausoleum at Highland Memorial Gardens with Josh Roach and Nicky Harris officiating. Mr. Barron died Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. Richard played baseball while serving in the Army and won the MVP award as a left-handed pitcher. He worked for many years with Combined Insurance Co. and achieved many sales awards and company sales records. He is survived by his wife Maggie Barron; a son Mark Barron (Sandie); a daughter Vicki Barron; stepchildren Nicky Harris (Robbie), Robin Roach (Josh) and, Cindy Lambert (Anthony) and grandchildren Brittany, Johnathan, Marley, Emily, Gabriel, Brianna and Alex.The family will receive friends from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the funeral home.Arrington Funeral Directors148 W.
