Patricia Ann Schneider

Patricia Ann Schneider, age 75, of Jackson, TN passed away at her residence on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
Patricia was born in Jackson, TN on Sunday, November 3, 1946 to the late James and Juanita (Cooksey) Chumley. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Elton Schneider and sister, Yveonne Miller.
Patricia married Roger Roy Schneider, the love of her life, on May 22, 1969 after a year of sweet courtship. They shared 52 years of blissful marriage. During their marriage they made their family complete with the addition of their children, Michael, Rodney, Elton and Rana.
Patricia was a woman of many talents and had a servant’s heart. She worked for many years as a registered nurse after graduating Memphis School of Nursing. In 1983, she left her nursing career to join her husband in a restaurant endeavor and they shared in ownership of a catfish restaurant. After the restaurant business dissolved, Patricia began her journey of being a full-time homemaker for her husband and children. She loved shopping and eating out but her greatest pleasure, aside from time spent with her family, was found taking pictures. She had a creative flair for seeing and capturing beautiful images.
Survivors include her devoted husband, Roger Schneider; sons, Michael Chumley of Jackson, TN and Rodney Schneider and wife, Vicki of Mustang, OK; daughter, Rana Schneider of Jackson, TN, brother, Richard Chumley; sisters, Evelyn Lee and Rita Davis; grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Chris, Alyssa, Jessie, Taylor and Lexi; great-grandchildren, Arielle, Grayson and Payge as well as many friends and neighbors who also mourn her passing.
A Memorial visitation will be held at Arrington Funeral Directors on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
