Patricia Lynne Billman

  Patricia Lynne Billman, beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023, at her residence. Born on Tuesday, September 24, 1963, in Jackson, TN, Patricia led a fulfilling life that touched the hearts of many.
Patricia graduated from Lexington High School in Lexington, TN before continuing her education and graduating from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Throughout her career as a Loan Officer at Resource Federal and a Missouri Wildlife Resource Officer, Patricia demonstrated unwavering dedication and genuinely cared about the well-being of others.
Patricia had a deep passion for wildlife and loved all animals immensely. Her unconditional love for animals extended to her furry companion, her beloved dog, Willow. If you asked Patricia, she would always say “I’d have a whole zoo if I was able”.
  She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Leon Owens, brother, Paul Howard Owens, and her life-long best friend, Sandy Robinson.
She is survived by her mother Jane Webb Owens, her husband of 25 years, Eric Billman, their only son Cameron Billman, and a special family friend, Jeremy Winstead.
  Her family meant the world to her. She was dedicated to helping others and going above and beyond for her family and friends.  Her kind soul, vibrant spirit, and gentle demeanor touched the hearts of everyone she encountered.
  Patricia will be dearly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her. As we mourn her loss, let us remember that Patricia's legacy will continue to live on through the lives she has touched and the memories she has created with her family and friends.
SERVICES: In celebration of Patricia's remarkable life, visitation services will be held on Wednesday, November 22nd at Arrington Funeral Directors and Crematory in Jackson, TN. The visitation will begin at 11:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM on the same day.
