Olivia Deloach, a devoted servant of God, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and cherished friend, went home to be with the Lord on March 6, 2025, at the age of eighty.
Born on January 25, 1945, Olivia lived a life filled with faith, love, and unwavering devotion to her family. She married the love of her life, Mickey Deloach, on July 26, 1964, and together they shared sixty beautiful years of marriage.
A woman of deep faith, Olivia dedicated her life to serving the Lord. She and Mickey traveled on mission trips to Mexico, the Appalachian Mountains, and Native American reservations in Nebraska, spreading the love of Christ, where she joyfully taught Vacation Bible School. She also ministered to nursing home residents, bringing comfort and laughter through her beloved puppet shows.
Olivia had a heart for education and spent 15 years working as a special education assistant at Pope Elementary School, touching the lives of many children. She also loved opening her home to others, whether for Bible studies, holidays, or simply a warm and welcoming gathering. Her gentle spirit, kind heart, and unwavering love for others left a mark on everyone who knew her.
If you knew Olivia, you loved her. She was a woman of grace, compassion, and selflessness. She devoted her life to lifting others in prayer, always placing the needs of her loved ones first. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of her family and friends.
Olivia is survived by her loving husband, Mickey Deloach; her children, Cammie (Steve) Trexler, Deanne Deloach, and Holly Milam; grandchildren, Haley (Cory) Rawls, Dane Davis, Eliza Milam, Caleh (Maicah) Thiesen, Jordan (Brayden) Howard, Josh (Katelyn) Milam, Olivia Clarke, and Rooker Milam; great-grandchildren, Miller Rawls and Evelyn Milam; siblings, Glenda (Frank) Robinson and Tommy Graves; and many dear friends and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Landon and Hazel Graves; sister, Martha (Mark) Annis; and son-in-law, John Milam.
A celebration of Olivia's life will be held with a visitation at Arrington Funeral Directors from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2025, where we will honor her legacy of love, faith, and kindness.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in the Chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors, with Rev. Steve Trexler officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery.
