Mary Dale Jolley, age 86, entered her heavenly home on Friday, February 7, 2025, at her residence in Paris, TN surrounded by her family.
Dale was born on September 4, 1938, in Spring Creek, TN, the daughter of the late Neal and Zeppie Smith Longmire. She was married to the late Blake Jolley, Jr. who preceded her in death.
She was a legal secretary and office manager, having served the last 24 years of her career with the Wallace-Harris Company before retirement. Prior to moving to Paris in 2024, Mrs. Jolley resided in Jackson and was a devoted member of Malesus Baptist Church where she served as Nursery Director and Chairman of the Nursery Committee for 17 years and on several children committees as well as youth pastor selection committees. Her Sunday school class also brought her great joy over the years. She was also an excellent seamstress making many of her grandchildren’s outfits for a number of functions over the years
Mrs. Jolley is survived by her son, David Jolley, and wife, Jane, of Townsend, TN and daughter, Kathy McBroom and husband, Robert, of Springville, TN. She is also survived by her grandchildren - Logan Jolley Lowe and husband Taylor; Clay Jolley and wife Faith; Rachel McBroom Scott and husband Michael; and Hannah McBroom Raymer and husband Devan. She is also survived by her sister, Brenda Williams King of Jackson.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenneth Longmire and John Lee Longmire, and sisters, Beverly Huss and Morris Taylor.
SERVICES: A service to celebrate Dale’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2025, at Malesus Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Cagle and Rev. Robert McBroom officiating. Burial will follow in Malesus - Ebenezer Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be Monday, February 10, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and continuing until 1:00 p.m. at the church, 480 Old Malesus Road, Jackson, TN 38301.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Harris, Jim Wilson, Michael Scott, Clay Jolley, Devan Raymer and Billy Sipes
The family requests that any memorials may be made to Malesus Baptist Church Building Fund, 480 Old Malesus Road, Jackson, TN. 38301.

Mary Dale Jolley leaves behind a community enriched by her kindness—a community that will forever cherish the memories created through her laughter and her love. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her legacy will continue to inspire those who loved her.
