Larry Blair

Funeral services for Larry Blair, 66, will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 18, 2012 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. Mr. Blair died at his residence on Thursday, June 14, 2012.Larry was born in Pikeville, KY on June 22, 1945, the son of Louise Bowling Blair and the late Ernest Lester Blair. He was a member of Woodland Baptist Church of Jackson. He was a retired salesman with Jackson Bearing of Jackson. He was a fan of Kentucky Basketball and enjoyed hunting and fishing.He is survived by his wife Dorothy Blair of Jackson, TN; his mother, Louise Ratliff and her husband Paul of Adamsville, TN; a son, Greg Blair and his wife Lisa Crenshaw Blair of Germantown, TN; two step-sons, Mike Whitlock of Memphis, TN and Jerry Glover of Brownsville, TN; a step-daughter, Patty Laury of Murfreesboro, TN; a sister, Carolyn Phillips and husband Billy of Adamsville, TN; four grandchildren, Lauren Blair, Trevor Blair, Coleman Blair and Reid Blair and one step grandchild, Brandy Bowden and two great grandchildren Olivia and Madeline.Pallbearers will be Trevor Blair, Coleman Blair, Reid Blair, Jerry Glover David Bowling and Gerry Neese.The family is requesting that memorial contributions be directed to the American Heart Association.The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.Arrington Funeral Directors 148 W.
