Judy Horn Phelps, age 66, died Saturday morning May 27, 2023, at her home with her family by her side.
She was born January 24, 1957, in Jackson, TN, the daughter of George and Nancy Weaver Horn. Judy was associated with Cablevision Industries and Jackson Energy Authority for many years.
She loved Jesus, her family and friends. She enjoyed helping others and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Judy is survived by one son Randy Beiter (Kelli) of Beech Bluff, TN, three daughters, Dujuana Naylor (Tommy) of Bolivar, TN, Rebecca Clark (Mark) of Jackson, TN, Kayce Quintero (Joe) of Humboldt, TN, one sister Cassandra Murchison (Blake) of Beech Bluff, TN, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents George Horn and Nancy W. (Horn) Pope her husband Van Phelps, one son Bryan Michael Beiter.
The family will have a private graveside service on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, followed by a Celebration of life from 4:00PM-8:00PM at Mercy Ministries in Jackson, TN. The family welcomes you to share your memories at that time.
