Jonathon A. Carter, age 36, died on Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born in Jackson, TN on November 22, 1980, the son of Darrell and Patricia Branham Carter. He was a graduate of Northside High School and was an avid outdoorsman enjoying, hunting, fishing and any activity outdoors, loved Atlanta Falcons & New York Yankees, his smile & laugh were contagious. He was employed with H. C. Spinks Clay Company in Paris, TN. His family was most important to him and he loved them dearly along with many many close friends, including Carrie Carter and Dreama Floresh. He is survived by his wife, Kayla Carter of Huntingdon, TN; his four daughters, Taia, Farrah, Ada and Layla Carter, his parents, Darrell and Pat Carter of Jackson, TN and a brother, Brian Carter and wife Amanda of Jackson, TN. mother and father in law Leona and Kevin Clark of Big Sandy, TN; brother and sister-in-law, Mari and Steve Nevells of Big Sandy, TN. Nieces and nephews. Uncles Dayne and Joe Branham of Virginia and their families.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors.
