Jerry N. Wall

Jerry Wall, 85, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at his residence. He was born June 14, 1930 in Hattiesburg, MS the son of the late Lehman and Mary Taylor Wall. He was an ordained Deacon and a member of North Jackson Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter and longtime caregiver, Brenda Scroggins of Jackson, TN; two sons, J. David Wall of Murfreesboro, TN and Stephen Wall of Jackson, TN; a brother, Donnie Wall and wife Shirley of Jackson, TN; three sisters, Peggy Cooper and husband Claude of Smyrna, TN, Faye McKee and husband Frank of Hermitage, TN and Sylvia Williams and husband Richard of Franklin, TN; eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Pallbearers to serve are Jeff Wall, Kevin Wall, James Clark, Randy Clark, Justin Clark, Chad Scroggins and Tommy Sowell.
Mr. Wall was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Nell Vantreese Wall and a grandson Gregory Clark.
SERVICES: Funeral service for Mr. Wall will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday January 26, 2016 at Arrington Funeral Directors with Rev. Opie Dodrill officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 25, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
