James Vernon McNeil Funeral services for James McNeil, 65, will be held Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 4:00PM at Englewood Baptist Church with Rev. Ben Mandrell officiating. Burial will be in Ridgecrest Cemetery. Mr. McNeil died Monday evening April 12, 2010 at his residence. He was born February 14, 1945 in Flint, MI the son of Robert and Eva Mae Coone McNeil. He was National Sales manager for Heavy Machines, Inc. He loved to read his Bible, having read it through completely 34 times. He also enjoyed spending time on the golf course. James is survived by his wife Sharon McNeil, one daughter Mandy Fraley and husband Shane, one son Matthew McNeil and wife Kim, four brothers Joe McNeil, John McNeil, Chuck McNeil, Rick McNeil, one sister Jeanette Thompson, two grandchildren Abby Grayce Fraley, Mckenzie Fraley and two brothers-in-law, Brian Searcy and wife Kim and Mike Searcy and wife Joyce. The brothers and nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family has requested that memorial contributions be directed to Faith Memorial Center, c/o Northside United Methodist Church, 2571 N. Highland Ave., Jackson, TN 38305. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 3:00 until 4:00PM at Englewood Baptist Church.Arrington Funeral Directors148 W.
