Hilda Porrier

Funeral services for Hilda Porrier, 78, will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday January 2, 2012 at Arrington Funeral Directors with Rev. Stacy Goodwin officiating. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery. Mrs. Porrier died Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Henderson County Community Hospital in Lexington, TN. She was born August 14, 1933 in Jackson, TN the daughter of the late Robert L. and Cordelia Noe Osborne. She was a member of Enville Baptist Church and devoted her life to God and her family.She is survived by her sons, David Porrier of Saltillo, TN and Sidney Lewis Porrier of Tucson, AZ; daughters, Bobbi Millner of Jackson, TN, Pat Sutton and husband Jim of Lexington Park, MD and Brenda Jones and husband Steve of Hernando, MS; brothers, Sidney Osborne and Jerry Osborne; a sister Bonnie Moling; ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.Mrs. Porrier was preceded in death by her husband Sidney Lawrence Porrier Jr.,a daughter Marilyn Jo Taylor, a grandson John Jay Strauser and two brothers Robert L.
