Francis Estelle Phillips

Francis E. Phillips, age 71, died Tuesday, October 27, 2021 at her residence in Cedar Grove, TN. She was born the daughter of Oscar and Aggie Stone Frost in Jackson, TN. She was retired as Property Records Clerk for the City of Jackson-Madison County, TN. She enjoyed yard sales, travel, and car shows. Francis and her late husband, John, had started Ables Towing a few years ago. She always wanted to learn how to dance and had recently started taking lessons in Ballroom Dancing.

She is survived by her niece, Pam (Paul) Gaskin of Austin, AR and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wayne Phillips, who died last year, as well as her parents.

SERVICES: The family will be receiving friends on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at Arrington Funeral Directors. A Graveside Service will be held 12:00PM at Highland Memorial Gardens with Rev. Chris Coats officiating.
