Funeral services for Elizabeth A. Cox, 44, will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, February, 26, 2010 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors, with Rev. Mike Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Cox died on Wednesday, February, 24, 2010 at her residence in Parsons, TN.Elizabeth was born in Santa Ana, CA, the daughter of Susan Brown Pfaff and the late Donald Pfaff. She was a very caring person, who had been involved in helping people in recovery for the past six years. Elizabeth had helped countless people recover from a seemingly helpless state of mind and body to being able to return to productive members of society. She was employed by Sam Cara Consultants. She was an associate member of the Association of Recovering Motorcyclist. She was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend and will be remembered forever.She is survived by her husband, Bubba ?Goose? Cox of Parsons, TN; three children, Nicole L. Whirley and Robert Ryan Whirley of Jackson and Ashley M. Cox of Parsons, TN; her mother, Susan B. Pfaff of Englewood, FL; her brother, David A. Pfaff of Jackson, TN and her mother in law and father in law, Shirley and Jessie Collett of Parsons, TN.Pallbearers to serve will be Ryan Whirley, Lane Brasher, Jeff Jenkins, Richard Davis, Sammy Dotson and Donnie Cox.The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, February 25, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
