E. Henson

A memorial service for E. Denton Henson, 76, will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, June 4, 2010 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. Mr. Henson died on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at the Regional Hospital of Jackson.Denton was born on December 7, 1933 in Hardeman, Co, the son of the late E. C. and Selma Cooper Henson. He was a self-employed service technician. He was a member of Liberty Grove Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class and participated in the Senior Saints activities. Before his health declined, Denton enjoyed riding his motorcycle.He is survived by his wife, Joyce Henson of Jackson; three daughters, Delia Ann Blehm of Merrimack, NH, Lori Jane Williams of Jackson, TN and Elizabeth Carole Walker of Cordova, TN; three brothers, Douglas Henson of Jackson, TN, Dan Henson and wife Donna of Savannah, TN and David Henson and wife Judy of Jackson, TN; a sister, Lois Cavataio and husband Joe of Memphis, TN; six grandchildren, Ryan Williams, Shawn Williams, Riley Williams, Rachael Blehm, Jeremy Blehm and Brittany Usery and one great Grandchild, Madison Usery.The family will be receiving friends on Friday, June 4, 2010 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors prior to the memorial service.
