Douglas Ray Lonon

May 20, 1954 — April 4, 2017

Douglas Ray Lonon, age 62, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Jackson Madison County Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Jackson, TN to the late parents of Herschel and Minnie Pearl Hampton Lonon. He was retired from Three State Supply in Sales and enjoyed home improvements, camping, baseball, golf, fish, and most importantly, keeping his grandchildren.
He was Baptist in faith and was a deacon and member of Westover Baptist Church in Jackson.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Patricia Joe Cummings Lonon of Jackson, one son, Jason Lonon of Jackson, TN, two daughters, Natalie and Terry Tucker of Medina, TN, and Stacy Webster of Jackson, TN, two brothers, Johnny Lonon of Gadsden, TN, and Harold Lonon of Jackson, TN, three sisters, Brenda James of Humboldt, TN, Lisa Rinks of Jackson, TN, and Sherry Plodzien of Jackson, TN, and four grandchildren, Elizabeth Riddle, Brayden Tucker, Hannah Webster, and Avery Webster.

SERVICES: A funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 7, 2017 at Arrington Funeral Directors with Rev. Stan Griffin and Rev. Terry Bishop officiating. Burial will be at Hollywood Cemetery.

The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Arrington Funeral Directors.
