Dorothy Tubbs

Mrs. Dorothy Tubbs passed away on April 12, 2010 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 16, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Crosswinds Church of Christ, Three Way, Tennessee with Jimmy Colvetta and Paul Helton officiating.Dorothy was born in Crockett County, the daughter of Gilbert and may McMurtry and received her education there.Mrs. Tubbs was a member of the Church of Christ for over fifty (50) years. She loved Gospel songs.She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers James McMurtry and Tom McMurtry.She is survived by her husband Larry Tubbs and brothers, John McMurtry and Bill McMurtry, three nieces and six nephews.The family will receive friends on Thursday April 15, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Crosswinds Church of Christ, Three Way, TN.
