Dorothy Marie Replogle

Dorothy “Dot” Marie Replogle, 87, died Friday night February 2, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was born May 11, 1930 in Bemis, TN, the daughter of the late Thomas and Lorraine Dunn Garrett. She worked for many years at the Jackson Clinic as a supervisor. She served as President of the Medical Assistants. She loved her family and her church, Meridian Baptist Church, serving in many capacities especially with the Happy Timers Senior Adult Group and the Marion Smothers Sunday School Class.
Miss Dot is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, DeRoy Replogle, three children, Debbie Mingledorff and husband Sam of Lebanon, TN, David Replogle and wife Carolyn, of Medon, TN, Janet Silver and husband Mike, of Jackson, TN, five grandchildren, Brad Replogle (Chasety), Amanda Replogle, Chris Case, Jake Mingledorff (Katie), Lindsey Mingledorff, Lisa Silver and Kallyn Boerner (Alex); three Great Grandchildren, Brennan Replogle, Maley Replogle, Luke Mingledorff, one sister Joyce Smith and husband Hewitt of Deberry, FL, and one niece Cyndee Poole.
SERVICES: Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 7, 2018 at 11:00AM at Meridian Baptist Church with Dr. John Enoch officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00PM – 8:00PM at the church.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Brad Replogle, Chris Case, Jake Mingledorff, Brennan Replogle, John Jaynes and Dennis Hornsby. Honorary Pallbearers will be Andy Poole, Johnathan Stewart, and Dewayne Wheatley.
The family has requested memorial contributions be directed to Meridian Baptist Church Parking Lot Fund, 161 Harts Bridge Rd, Jackson, TN 38301.
