Dewey Wayne Tims

Dewey Wayne Tims, age 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday November 7,2024, at his home in Jackson, TN. Born on May 19, 1949, in Jackson, he lived a life rich with experiences and surrounded by the love of his family and friends.

 Dewey leaves behind his wife of 20 years, Patricia Spencer Robertson, two sons from his first marriage, Jeff Tims Thomas (Erica) and Brian Tims, a stepson, Christopher Roberston (Alli), as well as eight grandchildren.

 The services honoring Dewey's life will be held at Arrington Funeral Directors. Visitors can pay their respects during the visitation on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and continuing until 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in Maple Springs Cemetery near Mercer.

 Dewey Wayne will be remembered for his commitment to hard work, helpfulness to his friends, and laughter he brought to the lives of those around him. His legacy will continue to live on through his loved ones, who will carry his memory in their hearts.
