Ms. Bobbye Jean Berryman Bradley (89) of Jackson TN passed away on January 8, 2025 at AHC Northbrook in Jackson TN.
Bobbye was born and raised in Lawrence County Alabama. She lived the majority of her adult life in the Shoals area, but spent time in MI, OK, KY, SD, TX and her final years in Henderson, TN.
She graduated from Florence State Teacher College (now known as University of North Alabama) with a degree in Home Economics and spent a few years teaching in schools. Upon her exit from the classroom, she worked hard to support her family in the meat department as a meat wrapper.

Bobbye was a devoted follower of Christ and a member at Cox Blvd Church of Christ (where you could always find her on the front right rows) in Sheffield, AL until she moved to Henderson TN where she was a member at Henderson Church of Christ and apart of the FHU/Heritage Tower mentor program, which brought her so much joy. She loved reading her Bible and following along in daily devotionals.
Bobbye enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening in her koi pond, playing card games, and spending time with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W C and Annie Mildred Berryman; sisters, Nelma Summers, Mildred Mardis and Thelma Frances Berryman. Her daughter, Monica Calhoun and son-in-law, Avery Alderete.
