Alicia Marie Collins Adams, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on August 19, 2023, in her Medina, TN home surrounded by family and close friends. She was born on January 30, 1978, in Jackson, TN to her parents, Vic Collins of Toone, TN and Betty Tucker of Jackson, TN. From early childhood she was loved and parented by Tony Collins and the late Louise Collins of Jackson, TN. Alicia's undeniable warmth and caring nature touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
Alicia was a 1996 Northside High School graduate, and she was a member of the Color Guard and Dance Teams. Later she went on to Lambuth University and received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Alicia's passion for numbers and organization led her to pursue a 17-year career as a Business Office Assistant at Rainey-Kizer Law Firm. Her attention to detail and dedication made her an invaluable asset to the firm. Colleagues will remember her for her unwavering professionalism and willingness to assist anyone in need.
Giving importance to education, Alicia attended Northside High School where she cultivated lifelong friendships and gained knowledge that would shape her success in both personal and professional endeavors. Her dedication to learning extended beyond the classroom walls as she embraced new experiences with an open mind.
Beyond her professional achievements, Alicia found true meaning in being present in the moment capturing precious times with her son and family through videos and photographs. She cherished every smile shared with them and created lasting memories that will forever be treasured.
Alicia was sweet-natured, possessing a gentle spirit that radiated love upon all who knew her. Her son held an incredibly special place in her heart; she would go above and beyond to ensure his happiness and well-being. Alicia's selflessness extended far beyond the immediate family.
Services to commemorate Alicia's life will be held at North Jackson Baptist Church located at 3768 US-45 BYP in Jackson, TN. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Saturday August 26, 2023. A heartfelt Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 PM, allowing loved ones to bid farewell and celebrate the precious memories shared with Alicia.

She was preceded in death by her brother Tony Stockton her bonus mother Louise Collins.
While Alicia's departure has left a void in the hearts of many, it is essential to remember the joy she brought into our lives.
