Alan D. Turner of Jackson, TN passed away February 14, 2024, after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert W. Turner and Betty J. Turner of Jackson.

Alan attended Northside High School and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin. After college, he began a career in farming and later raising Beefmaster cattle. He also worked for Consolidated Aluminum Corporation (Ormet Aluminum) for several years. He later obtained his contractor’s license and established Turner Building Concepts, LLC.
