Alan Q. Drake, 69, passed peacefully at his home on Monday, February 8, 2021.
He was born in Jackson, TN on August 21, 1951, the son of the late John “Jack” and Dorothy DeLoach Drake. Alan was an avid Outdoorsman who enjoyed raising and training beagles and hound dogs and spending time hunting with them. He had spent his life in the timber industry and was the owner of Drake Logging retiring in 1998.
He is survived by his three boys, Jeff Drake (Amy) and their children, Madison and Tristan, Jason Drake and his children, Kolton and John Dalton and Justin Drake and his children, Jack and Bella all of Jackson, TN; a daughter Cyra Brashear; a sister, Pat Barnett (Reggie) of Florida; and two brothers, Johnny Drake (Patti) of Alabama and Dan Drake (Heidi) of Tennessee.
SERVICES: A private graveside will be held at Ridgecrest Cemetery.
